· Know where your time goes
· Direct results
· Building on all strengths
· Concentrating on a few areas where superior performance will produce outstanding results (Doing first things first, and second things not at all)
· Effective decisions demand:
- The right steps
- Completed in the right sequence
- Based on the right strategy
