MEETINGS

Continuing from our Managers Toolbox posting yesterday...
We have been asked for years about meetings. Instead of defending meetings,
let's outline how to approach them.

Types of meetings::
  • Information to others
  • Others to inform me
  • Deliberative (for decisions or opinions)

Questions to ask:

  • How will I use it?
  • Does it have a purpose?
  • Have I done my homework for it?

These Toolbox postings will continue.

Next: The Report...
